Fortune 1000 executive leader: I have been fortunate to enjoy the opportunity of managing the growth and turnaround of technology organizations at large Fortune 1000’s (Unisys, Loral, and Lockheed Martin), research centers and at small entrepreneurial consulting and products companies. My typical Customers and partners were Fortune 1000 organizations such as: Agusta, Bombardier, IBM, Duke Energy, Rolls Royce, Raytheon, TI, IBM, Marconi, and Westland (UK).
Proven Record and Career Track: As a Government Aerospace Engineer and Fortune 1000 executive, I have enjoyed a classical management career progression including key positions with well-known firms and lately with fast growth technology firms and startup. My experience encompasses growth through such positions as Engineer, QA Test and Project Manager/Director, Consultant, VP Ops, CEO and VC Board member. I currently provide consulting services in business development.

A Business minded executive with practical experience in M&A and Turnaround from both financial and technical ROI aspect. I have hands on experience in outsourcing, R&D, Operations, Project management, P&L management, Finance management, technology development, investment acquisitions and strategic planning for large Fortune 1000 employers and VC. As Consultant/Board member on SGF Montreal Technology Investment Board, I worked within a $2Billions M&A investment fund for 4 years evaluating ROI over 200 business cases of acquisition worldwide mostly in America and in Europe. I developed and managed an R&D investment funds of $50 Millions for Lockheed Martin in Montreal.
An experienced leader familiar with complex international high technology products and System Integration projects. I managed personnel located in Canada, US, UK and Australia on different projects of up to $5 Billions with key international partners such as CISCO, IBM, Nortel, Siemens, Bell Canada, Bombardier, Raytheon, Marconi, Westland(UK), Agusta, France Telecom , Rolls Royce . I developed project offering with those partners for customers in Canada, US, South America, Europe, Algeria, India and in Canada.
As VP Ops I orchestrated a turnaround of an IBM VAR with 65 personnel in Miami, UK and Australia by supporting Miami increase of revenues from $0.8 M to $5 M and increase of profits from 0 % to 30% in less than 4 years while redefining the Costing methodology, Project/Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Billing, P&L Accounting and 24/7 support processes.
As VP R&D of a Computer Research Institute in Montreal I developed a unique financial incentive system managing over 100 personnel with worldwide partnership and an $8M P&L.
As CEO of Mediatrix Global Services I established a startup in Telecommunication in Boca Raton Florida and operated the company while training new VP and Directors.
